That means we don’t keep stock on hand, and we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with the product.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not what you expected:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and the packaging (if relevant)

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, no hassle.

❌ No Returns or Size Exchanges

Because each item is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns or size swaps unless there’s a production error.
Please double-check the sizing guide on each product before ordering.
